1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By purchasing, streaming, or accessing any digital curriculum, video series, or instructional content provided by The Gentle Arts Collective ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including programs such as Kenjitsu Kids and related martial arts/self-defense training, you ("User," "Parent/Legal Guardian," or "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Parental Consent & Youth Programs (Kenjitsu Kids, Bully Blockers)

Guardian Requirement: If any content or movement drill is accessed or practiced by a minor under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian must purchase the content, agree to these Terms, and actively supervise the minor during practice.

Supervision: You agree that physical movement drills and self-defense practices involving minors must occur in a safe, open area under direct adult supervision.

3. Physical Activity Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Inherent Risk: Martial arts, agility drills, ground mobility, and martial movement carry inherent risks of injury (including sprains, fractures, or muscle strains).

Health Clearance: You certify that you and/or the participating minor are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe. Consult a physician before starting any new movement program.

Voluntary Participation: You expressly, voluntarily, and knowingly assume all risks associated with practicing the techniques, drills, and movements shown in our materials.

4. Educational Purpose & Real-World Self-Defense Disclaimer

Strictly Informational: All self-defense modules, boundary-setting strategies, and counter-bullying concepts are provided strictly for educational and personal empowerment purposes.

No Outcome Guarantee: The Gentle Arts Collective cannot and does not guarantee specific real-world outcomes in any confrontation or physical encounter.

Compliance with Local Laws: Users are solely responsible for ensuring any physical action taken complies with all applicable local, state, federal, or international self-defense laws.

5. Strict No-Refund Policy ("All Sales Final")

Immediate Access: Because digital products, video streaming, and curriculum materials are delivered immediately upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Chargeback Prevention: Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute for digital products already delivered constitutes a breach of contract, resulting in immediate license revocation and account termination.

6. Intellectual Property & Digital License

All video lessons, movement concepts, downloadable assets, graphics, and curriculum frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of The Gentle Arts Collective.

Purchase grants a single-household, personal, non-transferable license. You may not rebroadcast, duplicate, screen-record, publicly perform, resell, or distribute our content across external platforms or communal drives.

7. Limitation of Liability & Release

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Gentle Arts Collective, its instructors, founders, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or physical injuries resulting from the use, practice, or application of our instructional materials.

8. International Use, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Worldwide Access: While our platform and content are accessible globally, our business operates out of the United States.
