Coach Kenny Nero, Jr.
Coach Kenny began his Jiu-Jitsu journey in 2002 under Maguilla, establishing a foundation rooted in classic fundamentals. Over the last two-plus decades, his martial arts path has spanned prominent lineages—training extensively with Capital MMA, Gracie University, and operating a Certified Training Center for five years.
Currently owner of Bowie Jiu-Jitsu Academy and a Brown Belt under Cat5BJJ, Coach Kenny brings a broad, real-world perspective to martial arts education. His coaching philosophy centers on practical, self-defense, clean movement mechanics, and empowering both kids and parents with techniques that actually work under pressure.
